Due Diligence Team

If you have a multifamily property under contract and would like Centurion to attend your scheduled physical inspection as part of your Due Diligence team, feel free to contact us. In addition to providing a quote for our management services, we will provide guidance on potential health & safety issues, and estimated costs for general maintenance based on our visual inspection. Disclaimer: Our inspection is visual only and should NOT be considered a substitute for engaging a Certified Property Inspector or Licensed Contractor.  We may not be able to accept all appointment requests due to scheduling conflicts.
